For the first time ever Angel Island State Park will be open late on July 4th with ferry departures to SF and Tiburon after the fireworks. Angel Island offers spectacular views of the entire Bay area and is a natural for watching fireworks. You can catch a ferry from Tiburon at 6pm or from Pier 41 in San Francisco at 5:40pm. Your ticket will include shuttle transportation to Battery Ledyard. Shuttles will depart from Ayala Cove starting at 8:15. Before the fireworkds enjoy live music on the deck of the Cove Cantina, Tomalas Bay Oysters and beer on draft from Lagunitas Brewing Company.
