Treat Mom to a special day on Angel Island. This incredible oasis of natural beauty is just waiting for you to experience a spectacular day with your Mom. Meet us at The Angel Island Cafe in Ayala Cove for the start of your interpreter led hike to Camp Reynolds on the west side of the island. Camp Reynolds, site of the largest collection of Civil War era buildings in the country also boasts a restored bake house with an amazing wood burning oven. This oven is perfect for the organic pizzas we are baking for lunch. Enjoy several types of pizza and a beautiful Farmer’s market organic salad before taking up the hike again on your way to Battery Ledyard. This vista offers one of the best views in the bay area of the San Francisco skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge. We’ll have a Mimosa toast ready and waiting for your picture perfect moment. To finish off your day we pick you up in one of our open air trams for a ride around the island and back to the cove for your ferry ride home. Click this link to book your tickets.
Hike leaves the Angel Island Cafe at 11:30. Ferry tickets included!
